Guest guest
K.V. Ramana is new TTD Executive Officer A. SATYANARAYANA TIRUPATI, APRIL 6, 2007 (TIRUPATITIMES.COM) Senior IAS officer, Mr. K.V.Ramanachary on Friday has been posted as Executive Officer of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) which manages the affairs of the famous hill shrine of Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala near here. Mr. Ramana who earlier on two occasions had tried his best for the TTD's top post to extend his services to Lord Venkateswara and His devotees, has finally succeeded. The new TTD Chief is expected to the oath of office and secrecy inside the shrine next week, temple sources said. The present incumbent of the TTD, Mr. A.P.V.Narayana Sarma has been shifted and posted as Special Chief Secretary, Ministry of Social Welfare. A murmuring started in the crowds of TTD admin airing several doubts that the new TTD Executive Officer, Mr. Ramana and the TTD Chairman, Mr. B. Karunakara Reddy may differ on certain issues connected to the TTD in the months to come as the two are very close confidants of Chief Minister, Dr. Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy.
