So, with the grace of almighty, I will try the address the above question in this Article. To deal with the above question first of all we need to know or rather explore that what is the meditation. If you read / discuss with other, there are many definitions of what meditation is and every person has reasons why to meditate. Essentially though meditation is a spiritual practice and the purpose of this is to explore the basis nature of what we are....... and who we are. Even though the theoretical view is that the aim of meditation is to still the mind and then transcend this plane of existence. However, by all methods, the purpose of meditation is to identify oneself with the ego, here when we in deep the ego is even the very though or feeling of his own existence.
