Dear Sriman VS,

Adiyen is unable to understand the statement below

" It's influence is not felt in Sri Vaikuntam.. "

Does this merely imply that Sri Vaikuntam

does not change with passage of time or

that time does not pass in Sri Vaikuntam?

( the second alternative is somewhat mind-boggling)

Secondly,

"

The Lordship of Isvaran over sentient and other

insentient principles like Time , mUla Prakruthi

is indicated by the MahA BhAratham passages : " "

Does this imply that Isvaran can go back or

forward in time? ( For example, when

Iswaran decides, there is a Pralayam,

all material worlds are destroyed, similarly,

can Iswaran make time run backwards?? or

simply stop)

Sri Vaikuntam is revered as Nithya VibhUthi .

Nithya means eternal and timeless . The influence of

Time like aging , seasons are not felt there .

Time , which is an achEthana tattvam has no power

there.

Isvaran is sarva sakthan .He can make time go backward

or forward according to SaasthrAs and PurANams. You

may recall the passages in Bhagavadh GitA , where He blesses

ArjunA with Jn~Ana chakshus (divine eyes) to see the dissolution

of the Universe and the Battle that he thought was waging

by advancing the time steps (Fast Forward). You might also recall

His showing His parents (VaasudEvar and Devaki) their

previous births at the prison of Kamsan ( rewind).

Hope this helps ,
