Dear BhakthAs: We are all deeply indebted to

Sri RangarAjan for his cogent , bhakthi-laden

and powerful posting on the sambhandham between

Swami NammAzhwAr ( Sri Paadhukhais of the Lord )

and Sri AarAvamudhan .His advocacy

of the centrality of Amudhan in Swami NammAzhwAr's

life and compositions is compelling to enjoy.

Sri Murali Rangaswamy's reference to the 45th RPS slOkam ,

" SAKRUDHAPI kila mUrdhnA SAARNGINA: PaadhukhE THVAAMM -- "

is very appropriate indeed .

Our uthsavar Aaraavamudhan is " SarvAvastha SAKRUTH

Prapanna JananthA samrakshaNaika VRATHi " .On the banks

of Raama Sethu, he has announced His vow that he will

come to the rescue of anyone , who performs

SaraNAgathi to Him even once .

That above RPS slOkam has the powerful " Sakruth " inside it ,

the beginning word of the Lord's vow as a SaraNAgatha

Rakshakan . Further , this first paadham of RPS-45

has the other magical word , " ThvAmm " connected with

the Cahrama SlOkam ( aham thvAmm sarva PaapEbhyO--).

What Sri Rengarajan has accomplished thru his postings todate

and yet to come is the centrality of SaraNAgathi doctrine

taught by our AchAryAs , Swami NammAzhwAr ( ThiruviNNagar

Paasuram : Yennappan YenakkAyihuLaai-- )and the Lord Himself

in His avathArams as BhU VarAhan ,Raamamchandran and

GeethAchAryan .

It is bhAgyam to look forward to more psotings

from Sri RangarAjan .
