But messages you receive from " " act a little differently. As some of you may have already realized, clicking " Reply " from these messages will set the " To " field to " " . What you may intended as a personal reply may go to the entire e-mail list. adiyEn has reported this to the egroup technical assistance staff. They have not sent me a reply. In the meantime, please be patient and double check the " To " field before clicking " Send " . srimad azhagiya singar thiruvadigaLE saraNam -- adiyEn ramanuja dasan

As some of you may have > already realized, clicking " Reply " from these > messages will set the " To " field to > " " . Problem solved.... The allows the manager to set the " Reply To " field to either the sender or the entire group. It did not allow for a third option, being, the sender as well as the entire group, so adiyEn thought, mistakenly. Therefore, the " reply to " policy was set to " entire group " . But, if the policy is set to " sender only " , it allows for the flexibility to use either " reply " in which case the reply is sent only to the sender, or " reply all " in which case the reply is sent to both the sender and the entire group. adiyEn has now made the suitable changes. Kindly accept my apologies for the mix up. srimad azhagiya singar thiruvadigaLE saraNam -- adiyEn ramanuja dasan
