Dear bAgawathAs,

 

" Most ideal " .

 

In avoiding annya dEvatha ArAdhanam, there is nothing such

as " partly ideal " . I was commented as one who is most

ideal. The 90% of the prapannas who are youngsters of Sri

Malolan net are " Most ideal " in avoiding annya dEvatha

ArAdhanam. In view of the recent posts made by a few, the

monitoring committee has been asked to say the following

NOW. If any prapanna in this net is NOT " most ideal " in

avoiding annya devathA after their prapatti, then it is

informed to such that this (Sri malolan net) place is not

the " most ideal " place for them. Those who have undertaken

prapatti and yet do annya dEvatha aRAdhana must atleast

respect the feelings of the majority of the fellow netters

(whether they respect their AchAryAs words during prapatti

on avoding annya dEvathA ArAdhanam or not) who are those

prapannas and youngsters in this net do respect their

AchAryAs words conveyed during prapatti and stay away

from this net.

 

One of elders used to tell the following. If as a prpanna

do annya dEvathA ArAdhanam, then such must feel themselves

as similar to a " puzhu " (worm) and get out as soon as

possible from the company of prapannas. In fact it will be

a disgrace to " puzhu inam " even. One tamil poet sang,

" puzhuvAy pirAkkinum punniya unnadi en manatthE " ie., even

if i may be born as a " puzhu " (worm) I must always think

about your holy feet only " .

 

As a signatory of this network every prapanna (if you

are a prapanna) is expected to atleast follow this one

instruction of every Srivaishnava AchArya. ie Avoid annya

dEvatha ArAdhanam at any cost.
