113. avikalamaDhikarthum rakshaNE sapthalOkyA:

raGhupathicharaNEna nyasthadhivyAnuBhAvam

aBhajatha BharathasthvAmanjasA pAdharakshE!

maNimakutanivEshathyAgaDhanyEna mUrDhnA

 

Oh Paaduka! It is right that Bharata avoided crowning himself with a

gem-set crown but instead thought fit to adorn his head with You. By

reason of Your having been endowed with special potency by association

with Rama's feet, Bharata, on bearing You secured suzerainty over all

seven worlds.
