adiyEn has been a silent observer of Malolan Net for about an year, now

feeling the time appropriate to ask the learned members of this group a

question that has been lingering my mind.

 

I am now 24 right now in US waiting for time to return to India.

 

I think We talk so much about our religion that we really fail to practise

them.

How may of us have made our children learn vEdam or Prabandham.

At least one child per family learning vEdam or prabandham would be great to

cherish our sampradAyam.

 

People would praise a kid who does trikAla SandI. To me at least, it is not

worth a praise. It is your duty. Will we praise somebody for eating daily or

taking bath everyday.

 

SrI Dilepan SwAmI's series of posting was so good that makes me think how

good would it be to enjoy this anubhavam everyday. adiyEn is sure many would

feel that way.

Then why are we staying in US or gulf.

 

KulasEkara AzhwAr said " EmperumAn ponmalai mEl EdEnum AvEne " .

SrinivAsA! Why don't you give us a small place for us also in your divine

abode. We talk about that great mahAn & leave abroad the next flight. Why???

 

SrI MadhavaKaNNaN SwAmI's postings are so excellent that I have often felt

to live in the way AzhwAr wanted to do.

Your postings inspired me many times to return back to India & stay in

ThiruvEngadam.

But why are we running mad at other things.

adiyEn is counting my days to return to our country.

People have said " Kovil illAda OOril kudi irukkAdE " . But we are living in

another country ...

 

Can we think this way:

Ohkay. I will sacrifice my life by staying away from my dear EmerymAn. As a

result, I will make many people to learn our SampradAyam & continue to grow

it. I will send money to cherish my religion. adiyEn would think staying

here for 2-3 years is good to earn a decent money to live back in India.

 

We have very little eminent personalities for our SampradAyam that we need

to extract the essence from them & keep it alive by passing them on to

future generations.

No wonder, if one fine day, we have no vAdyAr's who really would know the

correct procedures for anushtAnams.

 

Let us do something for this. Veda Pandits in SmArthas always have been out

numbering our SrI VaishnavAs. Why let this continue..

 

May be for money sake, we are here. But using this opportunity we can do

wonders for PunaruddhAraNam of our sacred sampradAyam.

 

It really makes me feel very bad to hear the condition of SrI Brahmatantra

ParakAla matam. adiyEn belongs to that great matam & the matam in

ThiruVengadam is maintained by my family for about 50 years.

adiyEn takes pride to say that adiyEn's family is doing a small service in

building the new matam at Tirumala.
