May He continue to bless us all with His anugraham for many years to come and serve as our guiding light . I will jot down few information points for the the next few days starting from today : 1. Number of you have supported the AzhwArs and 108 Dhivya Desam CD ROM project. Significant work has been completed now . I received yesterday the pilot version of the CD ROM containing ThiruppANa AzhwAr's dhivys Charitham , AmalanAdhipirAN Prabhandham , the three dhivysa dEsams that he sung about. Plans are to release this pilot version at the coming Adhyayana Uthsavam appropriately at Sri RanganAthaa Temple , Pomona on NammAzhwAr Moksham day ( Dec 30). The full version will be released during the course of the next few weeks .The pilot version has beautiful graphics , audio on paasurams and an excellent coverage of His dhivya charithram.Special effects are beautiful . 88.5MB memory was needed to cover the Charitham of ThiruppANar and AmalanAdhipiraan Prabhandham . 2. Tomorrow is Kaisika EkAdasi day . Srimathi AnithA Ratnam of the TVS Family is having a special dance drama in front of ThirukkuRungudi Nambi .This is an age old tradition at ThirukkuRungudi. This celebration goes back to Sri ParAsara Bhattar's famous recitation of Kaisika PurANam at Srirangam . adiyEn will summarize the meanings of the Fourty Thirukkurungudi Paasurams bequeathed to us by PeriyAzhwAr , Thirumazhisai, Thirumangai and NammAzhwAr soon to serve as a compliment to the kaimkaryam of Sri MadhavakkaNNan of Singapore in providing us lucid translation. 3. December 15 is the Danur Maasa Aarambham ( Marghazhi PiRappu ) and December 16 is the day dedicated for the start of the ThiruppAvai season .This holy season concludes on January 14 , 2001.Sri Vaikunta EkAdasi falls on Janury 6 , 2001. 4. Thirumangai Azhwar's birthday (Kaarthikai Kaarthikai) falls on DEc 10 and ThiruppANar's birthday ( Kaathikai RohiNi ) falls on December 11, 2000. 5. AdiyEn plans to write on special features of ThiruppAvai Paasurams of Soodikkoduttha Sudarkkodi during the Marghazhi Month with emphasis on the insights provided by MahA VidhvAn U.Ve.
