Dear devotees,

 

aDiyEn is highly delighted to receive a personal mail from a

disciple of SrImad Azhagiyasingar. That devotee has paid very

rich tributes to his/her AchAryan in a very moving way filled

with naichyAnusandAnam - hallmark of a great devotee. They are

excellent set of tributes and are heart-melting indeed. More

importantly, they are very true feelings from the bottom of

the heart and filled with devotion. aDiyEn is immensely proud

to be a friend of such a SrI VaishNava with great AchArya bhakti.

While the devotee has thanked certain persons of his choice,

aDiyEn would like to add SrI Dileepan's name separately - since

the tele-upanyAsams are the major motivating factor for the

immense develepment of that devotee's AchArya bhakti - in my

humble opinion.

 

aDiyEn also feels that the earlier excellent moving tributes

by another devout sannidhi sishya SrI Sadagopan Iyengar - The

" Holy Cloud " has influenced this devotee to a good extent.

Thanks to him also.

aDiyEn feels that aDiYen needs to write this thanks email everyday,

nay, every minute, to you for the many helps that you did for him

in various ways.aDiyEn's heartfelt thanks to SrI Anand KaralapAkkam

svAmi, SrI Jagan svAmi, srI RAmkumAr svAmi, to make him understand

the glories of our srIman-nArAyana, srimad azhagiya singar, and our

poorvAchAriyArs.

adiYen also wishes to share the following thoughts of aDiyEn, in an

immature act to show his gratitude to his pirAn (parama upakArakan),

Srimad azhagiya singar:

 

1. It is said that the thEErtham of Gangai, due to the association

of srIya-pathi is the greatest in absolving the sins of pApa

jeevAtmAs like adiyEn. But even after having bathed in Ganges

water, adiYen did not see any effect. Lo and behold, just

immediately, after drinking the srI-pAtha (thiruvadi) thEErtham

of You, srImad azhagiya singar, the greatest perumAl overlooked

my sins accrued over eons and eons, and granted the highest

benefit, eternal kainkaryam in His abode, Sri VaikunthA. my dear,

Srimad azhagiya singar, the one with such supremely glorifiable

lotus feet, may You please be on this earth for many, many years

to absolve the sins of great papAthmAs like adiyEn.

 

2. adiyEn, due to his vibharItha-jnAnA, alaways try to run away from

You, my lord, Srimad azhagiya singar. But You, the " holy cloud "

have resolved to rain Your grace, by chasing him in various ways

wherever he goes, thru' Your telephonic upadEsams, thru' the

association of bhAgavathAs who have been graced by Your

thiruvadikal. Such a merciful lord, Srimad Azhagiya Singar, may

You please be here in this earth, for many more years, to chase

the living beings all around the world, to give them their

greatest pleasure viz, the eternal kaikaryam to the thirumagalAr

piriyAtha thirumal's lotus feet.

 

3. Without considering the demerits of aDiyEn, as iyElai, iyEthalan,

anthiman, etc, You graced him by adding him as yet another

disciple in to the great gOshti of Your disciples, which

includes innumerable stalwarts with matchless devotion, and

jnAnA, doing selfless kainkaryams. en atthA, Srimad azhagiya

singar, how can I repay You, for the innumerable helps that you

have been doing for me?

 

4. " EEndRa pozhuthil perithuvakkum than mahanai sAndrOn enak kEtta

thAI " . When your disciples ask questions during the upanyasams,

You get so much pleasure, and You ask for more and more

questions, in order to clarify the vibharIta-jnAnams that we

have. Such a great mother, Srimad azhagiya singar, how can

adiYen understand your limitless glories with a tiny brain that

he has?

 

5. People say this king had his victory or that saint had his vijaya

yAthiri, etc. But the one who truly does vijaya yAthirai is You

alone. Who else goes all around the world carrying mAlolA,

winning numerous jeevAthmAs in the eternal war of samsAra? It

looks like, helpless mAlOlan, came to You to have You as His

padai-thalapathi, to win His war with us, the greatest theives.

Oh such a wonderful master, please grace thy mercy towars

aDiyEn, so he can always think of the infinite upakArams that

you did for him with a puny brain that he has?.
