Final clarification

Dear devotees,

 

Enough has been discussed and settled. aDiyEn would

like to say few more words and move onto the other

kai~nkaryams, since all the discussions centered

around my previous mail.

 

The role of Bhakti list, its various services etc has been

explained by some members - which is accepted by all.

SrI MaNi's various excellent services to SrI VaishNavas in

many ways is also accepted by all. These are well

appreciated by us.

 

aDiyEn made a note on the bhakti list archives and the

reasons for it, which has already been summed up by many

bhAgavatas (Ref as made in SrI Jaganath's posting into a

posting in Malolan Net archive).

 

In the past several months, the moderation by SrI MaNi

has been good with the set objectives of the list, but for certain

things which was reported to aDiyEn by highly knowledged bhAgavata

who is very much a regular contributer {aDiyEn made a point on this

in the earlier mail as well, to distinguish from previous

archives to that of recent ones, and to be fair enough to that

bhAgavata who is an active Malolan Net member and a very good

friend of mine}. aDiyEn knows how much SrI MaNi makes efforts for

a balanced and impartial moderation - It was also appreciated by

aDiyEn in the earlier posting as well.

 

The personal relationship with SrI MaNi has always been good

for me - from the time we came to know each other, till as on date.

We discuss through private mails also. When aDiyEn was in

US, some used to say " Your MaNi " - since aDiyEn would speak for him

in some of the issues during private conversations. This

relationship was also pointed out in the earlier mail.

 

SrI MaNi is a sincere and devout SrI VaishNava, learned in

many areas of our siddhAnta and sampradAya - It is also appreciated

by all.

 

Infact, this was my recent reply to him upon his intimation

about the birth of a baby-girl for him :

 

" Nice to know about this. I am sure that with such parents

backed up by the blessings of Divya-Dampati and AchAryas,

Sow Kamalavalli will be a role-model for SrI-VaishNava

girls in US, or even elsewhere. " .

In Malolan Net, for its members, aDiyEn recommended Malolan

Net archives for better understanding of SrI DESika sampradAya,

when bhakti-list archives was recommended in general - which

is not wrong; But aDiyEn wanted to be more specific. Instead

of making a blanket statement, some reasons were substantiated

by me.

 

Malolan Net archives too might have minor errors somewhere,

which wouldn't have much impact on the actual doctrines of

SrI DESika sampradAya. The rules of the net and its functional

aspects ensure that the archives be the best possible reflection

of the sampradAya within the limitations we have.

Dear all,

 

Sri Anand as usual has said it so short and sweet. He has summed up everyone's

comments in such simple words. Bravo!

Lot of water has flown under the bridge (and above too!) Many hurt feelings and

exchanges of words.

 

For srivaishnavam's sake, let us stop further word(blood)shed..Let us continue

to enjoy the greatness of our sampradayam, the greatness of kalyAna guNAs of

Emperumaan, Acharyas.

 

I, on behalf of all those who have inadvertently hurt the felling of others

thereby committing apacharams, sincerely APOLOGISE to all those recipients

/addresses of emails from them.

 

I also humbly apologise, on behalf of those recipients (who have written back)

to those who received reponses for their emails from any or some of those

recipients,due to which their feelings have also been hurt.

 

I have chosen myself to be the spokesperson for both sides as I am in the BOTTOM

MOST rank in the list and there is none else who fits into this category and is

more qualified to do the same than me. otthAr, mikkAr illAdhavan is only in

bottom rank sense.. - aparAdha chakravartthy.
