Maha Samprokshnam

Dear Bagavathas,

It is a the great Karunyam of Perumal and our Acharayas blessing, we had the

wonderful opportunity

to participate on the Maha Samprokshanam. With Vedic chanting and Prabandham

recitaion in front

of the Lord, it was the best time any SriVaishnava could have asked for.

Congratualtions to Sri Venkat Swamin who has become a living example of one who

has fulfilled his

Acharya's command and given to us a Unique Temple in the western hemisphere.The

logistics and

arrangements were excellently done and Sriman Dileepan and the board of Trustees

(old and new as

well as band of unseen volunteers) deserve congratulations.

Now comes the crucial moment. We will have to make everyone of the Temple

Utsavams and Thiru

Nakshthrams a great success like the Maha Samprokshanam. By Bhagawath Sankalpam

and Acharya

Anugraham, we should be able to overcome the distance and other issues to attend

all the Utsavams

in the Temple. We are fortunate to witness all the Utsavams for Srinvasa and

Thayar in Sri

Lakshmi Temple in the past few years and there is Brahmotsavam at Boston Sri

Lakshmi Temple, June

8 - June 10th. With His grace, we will have these Utsavams in Our Temple also.

A small correction on Brahmostavam at Boston Srilakshmi temple. The

brahmotsavam is from June 7th - Jun 12th.

 

Jun 7th - Dwaja Parthistai

Jun 8th - Dwaja Arohanam

Jun 9th - Garudotsavam (Saturday)

Jun 10th - Ther (Sunday)

Jun 11th - Kudirai Vahanam (Esal).

Jun 12th - Dwaja Awarohnam.

 

Following the brahmotsavam, sayanotsavam and theppotsavam are usually

conducted. Adiyen does not know the exact dates and will send you the dates.
