Respected Learned sir,

I want to have a doubt cleared. Our family title is "Aasuri Malakutty Kalyanapuram. I want to know what does Aasuri stands for.I understand that "Aasuri Durga must be our Kula Devathai & the temple should be somewhere in Andhra only. Can any one enlighten me.

I am the great grandson of H.H.Kadenthethi Andavan {Some call him Thirukudanthai Andavan also )(Srimath Srinivasa Ramanuja Maha Desikan) of Srimath Srirangam Andavan Ashram. From his life history book I understand he has composed the following:

1. Komala Dhantakam ( Shostra in Praise of Goddess Komavalli Thayar consort of Lord Aravamudhan of Thirukudanthai.

2.A shostram on Lord Venkateshwara.

3.A Grantha named ARPUTHAVAMANAM in sanskrit which is equivalent of THIRUKURAl.

I shall be grateful if any of you can guide me where I can to obtain these books

With warmest RegardsL.Sridhar- - - - - - - -- -- - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - General Secretary,[ Technical , Sports & Cultural Department ],Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee, & Consultant - Business DevelopmentiQ Infonet Ltd., Bangalore.
