Centenary Celebrations of Srimath Devanarvilagam Azhagiyasingar - An Appeal

Dear members of the net.

 

Adiyen got an email from my attimber (Srimath Injimetu Azhagiyasingar's

great grandson) on the souvenir that is going to be published on the eve of

Srimath Devanarvilagam Azhagiyasingar's centenary celebrations.

 

The centenary celebrations trust is planning to print about 1000

copies of souvenir for Srimath 43rd Azhagiyasingar and it will cost about

Rs1,50,000. There is also a plan to keep a corpus fund of Rs.1,00,000 for

future celebrations. therefore we

are planning to collect Rs.3,00,000. The money can be sent to Sri. Dr. S.

Padmanabhan at the address given in the appeal. The remittance should be

drawn as

 

" Treasurer, 43rd Jeer Centenary Celebrations Committee " payable at Chennai.

 

There is a plan to release this souvenir on the 100th thirunakshatiram of

Sri 43rd Azhagiyasingar which falls on Karthigai Pooradam (Nov 19th) at Sri

Ahobila Mutt , Selaiyur Chennai.

 

Adiyen has got some more details on this souvenir publication and will be

sending a more formal appeal soon.
