Guest guest
Sri Madhavan: It is not just members of online groups such as this, or bhaktas in Singapore/Chennai, but the *entire* community of SriVaishnavas who must feel proud to have a young scholar of Swami Desikan sampradAyam like Sri M.S. Hari. Whenever I read about these kainkaryams of the kAvyam/vyAkhyanam kind, especially by learned persons still in their twenties(!) - my hopes for the future of Sri SampradAyam are greatly renewed. May the likes of Sri Hari and Sri Anand pervade our community forever, and may everyone continue to derive inspiration from their exemplary lives... vAzhi vyAkhyA mudrak-kai seerAr thooppul thiruvEnkatam udayAn thiruvadigaLe SaraNam rAmAnujArya divyAgnyA vardhatAm abhivardhatAm adiyEn -Srinath C. ---------------------- " Madhavakkannan V " <srivaishnavan Tue, 16 Apr 2002 14:46:25 +0000 SrI: SrImathE Gopaladesika mahadesikaya namah: [.......] One can understand the depth of his Tamil jnAnam; saasthra jnAnam and the devotion to Swamy Desikan and the sampradayam when we go through it. He is simply amazing. He has written the whole 130 verses in a couple of hours time. Incidentally, Sri Hari had submitted about 500 Tamil verses written on Swamy Desikan's meiviradha mAnmiyam, which was read, commented (and commended) by asmadhAchAryan H.H Srimath Poundarikapuram Andavan Swamy. It is our fortune to be at Singapore with him around.
