ADiyen would like to make a correction here.

Actually in Thuppil, the Avathara Sthalam of Swami Desikan, SriSailesa

Dayapathram is not the thaniyan. It is Ramanuja Dayapathram only. But

whenver Sri Devaperumal (Sri Varadharaja) comes to Sri Desikan's sannidhi, it is

Sri Sailesa Dayapathram. This is because at Devaperumal sannidhi it is Sri

Sailesa Dayapathram. And Devaperumal do come to Sri Desikan's sannidhi few times

a year. Also on the day of Swami Desikan's thirunakshatram, early morning at

Thuppil, Swami will have a grand Satrumarai according to Sri Desika sampradhayam

(including Veda, Purana, Bhagavadh Vishaya, SriBhashya Satrumurais). After that

Sri Devaperumal will send his golden Palanquin, all his (Devaperumal's)

Paraphernalia that are used for his Purappadu to Swami.(what a royal treatment

for a true Gnani like Swami Desikan. Lord is treating Swami at par with him.

Will post a detailed anubhavams of this Thirunakshatram Mahothsavam later) Swami

will go in that for Sri Devaperumal's mangalasasanam. When Sri Desikan go near

Yadhothagari (ThiruVekka) sannidhi then the Archakas of Sri Devaperumal sannidhi

will take over from Sri Desikan's sannidhi's Arc

haka. At this time Thuppil Desikan is considered as part of Sri Devaperumal's

sannidhi (because the archakas changed). Because of this Devaperumal's

sambhandham Sri Thennacharya Sampradhayam people will be there for the Ghoshti.

And the Ghoshti will start with SriSailesa Dayapathram. Therefore for all

day-to-day events, purposes in Thuppil it is only Ramanuja Dayapathram. But

whenever there is a sambhandham of Sri Devaperumal, then automatically Sri

Devaperumal Sannidhi's ghoshti tradition is followed, which follows Sri Sailesa

Dayapathram.

This is not to create another controversy. Just want to clarify this aspect.

On this THirunakshatram day of Swami Bhashyakarar let us all pray that may Sri

Bhashyakarar's divine instructions prevail everywhere.
