A short History of matchless Kaimkaryams

Inspite of all the parisramams , our revered AchAryan,

SrI Adhi VaNN SaThakOpa Sri NaarAyaNa YahtIndhra MahA Desikan

moves around like a young simham and piles up grand

successes one after the other throughout the year and

year after year . In the PAST YEAR ALONE , Our revered

YathIsvaran celebrated (at naimisAraNyam) the 100th anniversary

of HH the 43rd Jeeyar,who blessed Him with BharanyAsam , on

a grand scale . At SelayUr , He completed the construction

of a major building complex for the ArAdhanam of MalOlan

as well as for the use by the sishyAs of SrI Matam.

Our great AchAryan's 75th birthday was celebrated there

as never before (at SelayUr) . Most recently , He completed

the construction of MalOlan sannidhi at Upper Ahobilam

and presided over the PrathishtA mahOthsavam there.

Continuation of daily KaalkshEpams , Special Tele-upanyAsams

for overseas sishyAs , establishment of core funds for

uninterrupted NrusimhArAdhanam , training of future

VaishNavite scholars at Sanskrit College at MadhurAnthakam

and so many other well thought out projects are being

carried out by HH SrI NaarAyaNa YathIndhra Mahaa Desikan

in a tireless and inspiring manner.

 

Release of KaNNInuNN SiRutthAmpu Tapes

Most recently , MP3 Recordings of SrImath Azhagiya Singar's

extraordinary Tele-upanyAsams on Swamy Madhura Kavi AzhwAr's

" KaNNinuNN SiRutthAmpu " are being released with the welcome

help of SrIman Srini KuttAlam of Texas . These wonderfully

informative upanyAsams following PooravAchAryAL's commentaries

and enriched by Srimath Azhagiya Singar's own insightful

upadEsams were given over the past three years , whenever

SrImath Azhagiya Singar's rigorous sanchArams and daily

duites permitted . adiyEn will provide more details on

these tapes in a separate note .

 

Support for Uninterrupted NithyArAdhanam at SrI Matam

adiyEn is thrilled to learn about SrImath Azhagiya Singar's

recent suggestion that each of the the Matam SishyALs/AbhimAnis

pledge 10,000 Rupees per year to build up the needed core funds

to administer the above projects without any interruption .

This is a wonderful and welcome suggestion . THIS IS EMINENTLY

DOABLE .For overseas residents , the commitment of 10,000 rupees

should not cause any serious problems in my humble opinion.

One is ofcourse welcome to offer more as SamarpaNams,if Malolan

enables them to do so. The commitment of 10,000 Rupees to cover

ONE DAY'S THIUVAARAADHANAM AT MALOLAN SANNIDHI BY OUR REVERED

AACHAARYAN should be a great bhAgyam .

10K Rs (~200 US Dollars) pledges would help to build up

36.5 Laks of Rupees ( $73K$). In three years , these

recurring pledges can help to realize approximately

ONE CRORE RUPEES . Our revered AchAryan can free Himself

from concerns about the need for funds for NithyArAdhanam

for MalOlan and devote His energies to other matters
