Here were born the SrI sookthis of SrI HayagrIva

SthOthram , SrI Garuda Panchasath .The great

Rahasya grantham in MaNipravALam , Paramatha Bhangam ,

was created here on the Fifth day of one Thai Maasam

in front of Lord DeavanAthan on the banks of PeNNai river.

Through this grantham , which is a summary of that

important debate , Swamy Desikan defeated soundly

the prathivAdhis from other systems of philosophy

and established the greatness of VisishtAdhvaitham

as elaborated by Bhagavad RaamAnuja , who followed

the foot steps of His PoorvAchAryALs.

and the 120 plus powerful SrI sookthis of this AchAryan

--SthOthrams , PrakaraNa granthams , Rahasyams ,

who is very dear to Swamy Desikan. His son , Swamy NainAcchAr

performed Prathishtai for the archA vigraham of Swamy Desikan

--sculpted by Swamy Desikan Himself-- next to Lord DevanAthan

so that Swamy Desikan can continue His nithyArAdhanam to

the dhivys dampathis ThriuvahIndhrapuram even today .

His own hands are still there at this dhivya desam.

1. 4 Kilos of Silver: Rs.8,500 per Kilo ( ~800 U.S Dollars)

adiyEn will cover the costs for this item of expense.

 

2. One Kilo of Gold : With the spot price of $320 for

31.1 grams biscuit , the gold purchase will be the costliest

item in this kaimkaryam: $10,290). It will be wonderful

if 20 BhakthAs contribute $500 each or 40 BhakthAs

porvide the welocme support of $250 each.

 

3. The Rubies and the other precious gems for incorporation

in the RathnAngi ( ~present estimate: $3,000). This is

a flexible item .

 

4. Expert Labor of Silpis over few months ( 2 Laks of Rs:~4,200$).

 

The Total cost estimate of the project should be 10-15 Laks of Rupees.

Currently , the project has 62,000 Rupees in the bank . AdiyEn will

pledge on behalf of my revered AchAryan , HH SrI NaarAyaNa

YahtIndhra MahA Desikan 38,000 Rupees to reach the One Lak rupees

stage now and to facilitate the purchase of the Silver

on which the gold rolls have to be enmeshed to accomodate

the semi-precious and precious gems . We would need another

9-14 Laks Rupees over the course of the next 9 months

to reach the Kaimkarya Poorthi stage.

of Thiruayinthai known for its dense green groves through

which the clouds rest and then travel! In a previous time,

You protected the suffering cows and the calves of

Gokulam from the rain of stones sent by angry Indran

through the lifting the Govardhana hill and ny holding it

as an umbrella for them. During the same KrishNAvathAram ,

You travelled to the court of KouravAs on behalf of

the PaaNdavAs , who are known for speaking truth

and protected them . In the battle field of

Kuru kshEthram , You served as the Saarathy for

Arjuna and performed the noble GithOpadesam for him to

remind him of his duties to engage in the just war.

At that battle field , You came to the rescue of many of

Your adiyArs during the times when they faced mortal

danger. adiyEn thinks of all of these paramOpakArams of

Yours as Your SaraNAgathan and appeals to You to save me

from the terrors of the noose of Yama dhUthAs before it

fall on me during my last moments by granting me
