Guest guest
SrI: Dear BhakthAs: The attached note from SrIman Sudarshanan is self-explanatory and might be of interest to you . The establishment of similar focal center (Computer-aided service Cemter )for links to SrI VaishNavite AchAryAs and Scholars would be most desirable for all of us overseas to have ready and continous access to our AchAryAs . Currently , we have special web pages, e-lists , CD ROMs and Monographs and Telebridges . Face to face video conferencing backed up by satellite communication would be a natural next step. I can not think of a better institution with wherewith all and expertise to reach out in this area. The MadhurAnthakam Schools just established a computer Center and has ambitous plans to use that center for developing instruction and to create perhaps a network that would link SrI VaishNavites in India and abroad. Dr.P.N.Sridharan , The Honorary Secretary of MadhurAnthakam Schools , is working hard to expand the thrust of traditional scholarship resident at MadhurAnthakam schools for uptodate training for the students with IT and at the same time strategizing to develop outreach solutions to serve the larger VaishNavite Community in India as well as overseas. The educational outreach thru new media , Internet based technologies would be of great help to protect and preserve VedAntha darsanams in general and SrI Bhagavad RaamAnuja SiddhAntham in particular. The MadhurAnthakam Schools has the faculty expertise and commitment in this area of educational advancement and training of future scholars. It is most heartening to know that a partenrship agreement has been reached now by the Executives of MadhurAnthakam School with BITS Pilani Institure for future cooperation. This happened during the recent visit of HH SrImad Azhagiya Singar to Pilani . There are many members of these lists , who have expertise in Internet Based Communication Technologies to help in creating a center at MadhurAnthakam as it moves forward. Please suggest the ways in which you wish to help financially and Shrama dhAnam in the creation of the visionary outreach area. It will take some time. As they say , a journey of 1000 miles starts with a single step. Fortunately for us , the MadhurAnthakam has traveleld quite some distance on this journey already.
