Guest guest
Respected Ramanuja Bhaktas, For the past several months, a group of dedicated devotees have been diligently working on a web page for the International Ramanuja Society that would help in promoting our ongoing objective of supporting and promoting Ramanuja's Vision. I am blessed to share that with Sri Ramanuja Blessings, we were able to informally launch a first draft of this site on the occassion of the Thirunakshatram (Holy Appearance Day) of Sri Ramanuja's favorite disciple and scribe, Sri KoorathAzhwAn. The International Ramanuja Society web site is intended to serve a two-fold purpose. First, it will be a portal, if you will, to introductory information and pertinent links to the vast world of ideas, culture, temples, and traditions that make up Sri Ramanuja's Vision. Second, it will be a direct way to learn about the activities of the Society, and to purchase the tapes and CD ROMs that have been published through the ardent efforts of Sri V Sadagopan and Sri M A Alwar. This is to request all of the members of the Society to please review this site by clicking the link below, and provide us with your comments and suggestions. Once the content and " look and feel " of the site have been finalized, we are intending to release the site on a mass scale to other SriVaishnava lists as well as Hindu and Interfaith discussion groups. The site is currently located at: http://host.ipowerweb.com/~ramanuja/ By the end of this week, it can found under its official URL: http://ramanujasociety.org/ On behalf of the Ramanuja Society Web Site Task Force, adiyEn rAmAnuja dAsan Mohan
