This is the oath He has taken. He will never desert anyone in the need of the hour.He has this kalya:na guna and He has the capacity to perfectly carry on His oath; hence this na:ma aksho:bhyaha. This seven lettered mantra (saptha:kshari) when chanted will make one attain this perfect state.
