Here they are: ======================================================================== ANNOUNCEMENT - I ======================================================================== As you know, a “Board of Advisory Consultants” for “Sri Ranga Sri” was constituted on the 6th Anniversary of the journal on 15th October 2002. All Yathivaras and almost all Acharyas and Vidwans of Bhagavad Ramanuja – Swami Desika Sat Sampradayam readily agreed to adorn the Board as “Poshakars” (Patrons) and “AalOchakars” (Advisors) respectively. This was formed to enable us to approach them *officially* for clarification of genuine doubts and questions on the principles and practices of our Satsampradayam posed by our members. You would have noticed that most of them are based in India and are walking encyclopedia themselves or have access to source materials to bless us with authentic and authoritative inputs based on “PramaaNam” and “SishTaachaaram”. We are glad to inform you that the following Acharyas have since signified their consent to adorn the Board. We record our heartfelt thanks to them: SrI PayyampADi VE~nkaTavaradAchArya SwAmi SrI MannArkuDi RAjagOpAchArya SwAmi ====================================================================== ANNOUNCEMENT – II ===================================================================== We also realized that being engaged in deeper pursuits of religious rigors, and some on Sancharams, their time is very precious. We found that there are quite a few among us, who have in-depth knowledge on these matters, some having undergone intensive training in the “PaaTasaala” tradition and / or learning at the feet of Yathivaras and Aacharyas through “KaalakshEpams”, besides knowledge acquired through " Swaadhyaayam " and combined with astute communication skills, as revealed through their postings in the past. We were advised that it would be ideal to first draw on this readily available expertise before approaching the galaxy of Yathivaras and Acharyas of the Board mentioned above. Accordingly, we proposed to form an “Internal Resource Panel” (IRP) consisting of members who have clear understanding of our Satsampradayam and expertise in explaining in a language easily intelligible to the readers (by minimizing jargons and terms peculiar to Sanskrit and / or Tamil). We are glad to inform you that the following 32 scholars with one or more of the above qualifications have kindly agreed to help us by adorning the IRP.
