As many of you may already know, eclipses are looked upon as times when our spiritual energies are at their highest, and so this time can be used for reflecting on the Divine, honoring our ancestors, meditating upon a mantra or mantras into which we have been initiated, or for chanting bhajans. Formal poojas are generally not performed during the time that an eclipse is taking place. Please note that the times shown here are for the North American continent only.
