Guest guest Posted May 2, 2005 Report Share Posted May 2, 2005 adiyen the uttsavam is not only in perumbudur or vanna madangal but in all the srivaishnava ksetrams actually the thirukolams of swami ramanujar gives us the information that we have to recite the pasurams of alwars for that particular divya desam where he was adorned that thirunamam at the outset today is the first day of uttsavam with elayalwan thirukolam today it is necessary for us as srivaishnavates to recite thirupallandu, thirupalliezluchi,nachiyar thirumolzhi varanamayiram,amalanadhipiran,kanninunsiruthambu,vadinen,thirukurundandagam,uyarvara after this traditional sarrumurai for swami ramanujar is done with valzi thirunamam and first day uttsavam ends Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
