Milagu Orai(Peper bath) Ingredients: 1.Cooked Rice(like fried rice ) – 5 Cups2.Peper(Milagu) – 3 Tea spoon3.Red Chillie - 2 Nos4.Channa Dhal – 1 Tea spoon5.Orid Dhal – ½ Tea spoon6.asfoetida powder – very very little7.musturd – ¼ spoon8.ginglee oil – 2 spoon

Method of cooking: 1. First in a pan pour 2 tea spoon of ginglee oil. 2.After 2 mts of heating ,put peper,red chillie,channadal, orid dhal in the pan and fry it.3. Grind this and this powder should be some what rough. 4. Mix this powder with cooked rice 5. Again in that pan , fry mustard and asfoetida powder with little oil for 3 seconds and mix this also with that rice. //Now delicious Milagu Orai ready for serving during rainy season//
