Dear AastikAs :

 

Sri Ahobila Matam follows the PaancharAtra Aagamam . Therefore it observes Kaartikai dheepam on Dec 2 as at Srirangam , Kaanchipuram et al , where this Aagamam is used for AarAdhanam .

 

Thirumala, Thiruvaheendhrapuram , ThiruviNNagar and all the temples following VaikhAnasa Aagamam observe the Kaarthikai dheepam ( JyOthirmaya Brahman )

observe it on December 1 .

Dear Swamin, The Pancharatra Deepam is on Wednesday 2nd December 2009. This has been notified in SNP Tamil for Kartigai month.TGR
