Though they are great souls and very well know that Lord cannot be harmed, due to their immense afffection towards him, they fear, though such fear is unfounded. Such unfounded worries are warded off in the thiruchitrARu which becomes a place for them as valour is highlighted here in this dhivya dhEsam. " Engal chel sArvu " thiru voizh mozhi 8-4-1 refers to the fact that this dhivya dhEsam is the safe haven for great souls like vidhurA, to dispel their fears regarding safety of God. The fear is dispelled by the valour displayed by the Lord which is inferred from the pAsuram " vArkada aruvi yAnai mAmalaiyin kuvadirithurutti,vOr kol thin pAgan vuyir cheguthu " 8-4-1 describing the acts of vanquishing the elephant " kuvalaiyA pEdam' defeating the wrestlers' chAnOran and mushtikan " and finally killing kamsa. vAnamAmalai padmanabhan
