sAra sangraham

 

Each of the term of dvayam is referred to in each pathu of thiru voi mozhi. Each

ten of thiru voizh mozhi represents each padham-word of dvyam.

These are as follows:

sreman - sriyappadhithvam

nArAyaNa- nArAyaNathvam

charaNAravindhayugaLam=charaNau

prApakathvam=charaNam

prapathyE=conviction

srEmathE=pirAti s nithya sambandham

nArAyaNa=Eswaranudaiya niradhisaya bhogyadhai

nArayaNa= sarva swAmithvam

Aya = kainkaryam-service to the Lord.

nam: =removal of obstacles for performing abovementioned kainkaryam

 

Accordingly, thiru voi mozhi

 

1.First ten of tens, pathu, represents sriyapadithvam- pirAti s permanent

togetherness with the Lord and the conseqent function of being mediatrix, which

in effect makes the soul and The Lord closer.

2. Second ten of tens represents nArAyaNa padham- the auspicious qualities as

an effect of the togetherness with pirAtti.

3. Third pathu represents the term 'charaNau' i.e. emberumAn s thiruvadith

thAmaraigal, Lord s divine feet which also is the means to attain HIm.

4. Fourth pathu represents the term ' charaNam " i.e the divine feet is the

refuge as this gives us the desired need and removes from us /for us , the

hindrances.

5. Fifth pathu,represents the term'prabhathyE' i.e. unfailing conviction that

the abovementioned means to attain Him is failproof.

6. Sixt pathu,.represents the term 'sremathE i.e. nithyasambandham - permanent

togehtherness.

7. Seventh pathu,represents the term'nArAyana' i.e emberuman s unlimited

sweetness, to whom the kainkaryam is performed..

8. Eight pathu, represents the term'nArAyana 'i.e. emberumAn s sarva

swAmithvam.

9. Ninth pathu , represents the term 'Aya' i.e kainkaryam/service to the Lord.

10 .Tenth pathu, represents the term 'nam:' i.e the removal of obstancles for

performing the abovementioned kainkaryam.

 

In the future postings, let us dwell into the aspect of how each ten of thiru

voi mozhi represents the terms as mentioned hereinabove.
