Later swamy found the dwajasthambham of deivanayakan in a ruined state, and hence swamy renovated the same with a strong wood and decorated it with a fully gold plated covering. The prathistotsavam (ceremony of installation of the newly made dvajasthambham) was celebrated in a grand manner. Following this kainkaryam, swamy proceeded to renovate the divya vimanam of Vanamamalai perumal, which was also in a bad state. Swamy made a golden stoopi and then also renovated the vimanams of sirivaramangai nachiyar, Andal, EmperumAnAr sannadhis with pleasant colouring to the stoopis and did the prathisthotsavam in a grand manner. Later one day, deivanayakan along with sirivaramangai nAchiyar appeared in swamy’s dream and ordered as follows: “Oh! jeeyer you have done a number of kainkaryams. Now arrange for a beautiful mandapam after the big thirumadhil for me and your daughter varamangai to enjoy during panchaparva and other utsavams without any problem due to rain or sun on top of various vahanams.” Swamy was highly pleased to have got the great bhakyam of doing kainkaryam as per the order of emperuman as requested by elaya perumal (“kriyathAmithi mAm vadha”) and nammazhvar (“mugappE koovippani kollAi”). Immediately he engaged many architects in the job and made the stones required for the pillars to be carried by the elephants granted to him during the yathras. Swamy instructed the architects to build a beautiful mandapam with beautiful sculptural works in a very short span of time. Thereby very soon a very beautiful and strong mandapam with 250 pillars sculptured artistically was ready. Swamy honoured all the architects who did the kainkaryam quickly and efficiently. Then swamy constructed a separate temple for the thiruvenkatamudaiyan in Vanamamalai sannadhi and did the pradhistai. Meanwhile, the divine couples in Srivilliputtur, Sri Andal and rangamannar decorated as the bride and bridegroom gave darshan in swamy’s dream and instructed him to make a big thiruththEr for the divine couples to enjoy riding along the divine streets. Immediately swamy wrote to the king of thiruvanandhapuram and got good quality wood and transported the same to srivilliputtur through elephants. Swamy engaged the best carpenters for this work and according to sastras arranged for the big ratham to be constructed and submitted the same to the divine couples. Then swamy submitted a golden parmAsanam to pattarbirAn in srivilliputtur. Swamy made a big and beautiful golden palanquin to Thirunarayanapuram chella pillai and in one side of it arranged for carving the image of aranganagarappan and on the other side swamy’s image with folded hands (anjali hastham). Further swamy constructed mutts in kanchi and thiruvallikeni. In thirunelvEli, swamy obtained the mutt that hosted chakravarthi thirumagan and piratti. Swamy submitted a beautifully made dolai to aranganagarappan. Swamy then submitted a big elephant for Periya perumal in Srirangam. Later swamy wanting to spend some time under the divine feet of thirunarayanapuram chella pillai with great enthusiasm made the required arrangements for the yathra and after having darshan at srivilliputtur and other divya desams proceeded to thirunarayanapuram.
