Swamy reached thirunarayanapuram and there he took a divine dip in the kalyani saras and finished his daily rituals and got ready to start towards the sannadhi when selvapillai sent his adiyars along with his thirumalai, thiruparivattam, abhaya hastham and other prasadams to welcome swamy with respective honours. Swamy humbly accepted the same and proceeded to the sannadhi. Swamy submitted peedhambharam and other upakaranams to emperuman and did mangalasasanams to thirunarayanan and selva pillai along with ubaya nachiyars. Then swamy with great respect accepted perumal’s theertham, thiruparivattam, SrisaTakOpan, and then proceeded to have the divine darshan of EmperumAnAr, Manavala mAmunigal and other sannadhis and then proceeded towards the mutt and in a grand manner did dhadheeyArAdhanam to the bhagavatas. In this way swamy stayed there for some more days. During those days swamy daily finished his anushtanams and then blessed the bhagavatas with sripada theertham and then did panchasamskarams to interested bhagavatas. Then swamy elaborately did kalashepams on the deep inner meanings of the arulicheyals of the Azhvars. After dhadheeyArAdhanam swamy blessed his shisyas with pravachanams on sribhasyam, sruthaprakasikai and other great books. While swamy stayed in thirunarayanapuram in this manner doing mangalasasanams to chella pillai, the king of Karnataka coming to know about the great qualities of swamy (sama thamAdhi gunangal), his knowledge and capability to do pravachanams wanted to invite swamy to his capital and accept swamy’s sripada theertham and learn from swamy the arulicheyals which explain about the tattva hitha and purushartham and therefore sent his minister to swamy’s sannadhi. The minister requested swamy and swamy though filled with virAkyam still accepted to go for the welfare of the king and inturn his subjects and got the permission from thirunarayanan and reached mahisurapuram via srirangapattinam.
