Further swamy submitted a beautiful yagjOpaveetham and tritandam studded with precious gems to mAmunikal. Then swamy submitted a beautiful thOlukkiniyAn decorated with the carvings of the astadiggajas and a beautifully decorated peedam for onnAna vanamamalai ponnadikkAl rAmAnuja Jeeyer. Then swamy submitted a costly gem studded crown, gorgeous makarakandikai and a precious mukthAhAram for Periya Vanamamalai Jeeyer. Earlier the aranganagarappan sannadhi in the mutt was facing west. Earlier the mandapam facing the west was dark and hence swamy renovated the same by connecting the mandapam with the marriage hall that was constructed by periya rangappa swamy and then made the sannadhi entrance to face the southern direction. In this way swamy constructed a big beautifully decorated hall and in the kollam year, 1055th vikrama samvatsaram, mEsha month, sukra vAsaram, sukla paksha sapthamee thithi subhamuhurtham swamy consecrated aranganagarappan. On the same day, sirivaramangai and deivanAyakan graced the divine hall along with aranganagarappan on a single seat (EkAsanam) and happily accepted the offerings and blessed all the devotees with the prasadam. Swamy submitted a beautiful jadainAgam (a beautiful jewel to decorate the hair) to sirivaramangai nAchiyar. Then swamy renovated the azhagiya varadan stAnam already made out of wood with strong stones and to the east built a mandapam held by strong statues and with steps and in chitrabanu samvatsara simha mAsam subhamuhurtham entered that mandapam meditating on the guru paramparai. Further swamy built a bath place, library (kOsha gruham) and a place for kalashepam (ramanuja vilas). Swamy did sutAlEpanam (a special type of coating, made of natural materials given to the walls) to whole of deivanAyakan sannadhi and maintained the sanctity of the place. Swamy then extended the azhagiya manavAlan mandapam. Swamy did a golden jewel adorning the neck of swamy manavAla mAmunikal (kandabhooshanam) and a gem studded anjali and golden kavacham to Periya Jeeyer. Swamy constructed a compound wall at the back and side of the mutt and made a safety protection to the mutt. For swamy and those who follow him in the peedam, to be seated during kalashepams two seats one of gold and one of silver were made. A beautiful golden thirumanjana vEdhikai (seated on which the divine bath is done) to nammazhvar in thirunagari was submitted by swamy and swamy also contributed a lot of wealth for making the makarakandikai to Azhvar. For thirumangai azhvar in thiruvali thirunagari swamy made a beautiful golden bharmAsanam. Swamy submitted a beautiful golden palanquin for Parthasarathi emperuman in thiruvallikeni. In kanchipuram, swamy helped a lot through contributions for the darshana sthApanam (establishing the philosophy) along the footsteps of mAmunikal. In thirunelvEli, Swamy consecrated the kariyamAnikka perumal sannadhi. Swamy reconstructed the depleted walls in nAthan koil and did the jeernOdhAranam. Swamy increased the income to the mutt and also purchased a village called manjakulam to the west of vanamamalai that was filled with fertile lands that yielded lot of grains and did kshetra abhivriththi. Swamy established a mutt in brindavanam. In vanamamalai, swamy celebrated the manavala mAmunikal thirumoola utsavam started by his acharya madurakavi swami all the ten days in a very grand manner. Along with such great kainkaryams swamy continued to bless his disciples with ubhaya vedanta kalashepams and also with dhadheeyArAdhanams. In this way swamy remained in peedam for 9 years and then as his health deteriorated swamy appointed saTakOpa Jeeyer as the next Jeeyer and meditating on his acharya guru paramparai attained the divine abode of emperuman.
