The Sixth Ten

The Sixth ten of the Periya Thirumozhi comes to a close.

It saw us Sri Sadagopan swAmy walking through us his anubhavam-s of the Oppiliappan kOil pAsuram-s. His micro thoughts and explanations on this divya-dhEsam which he belongs to. The explanation to 'nE paNitha aruL ennum oL vAL vuruvi' highlighting the fact that the Lord's blessings helps us to overcome this travails and travels in this world.

The long journey of thiru-naRaiyUr commences then. The distractions thrown on us in this world is belitteled by the presence of imposing SrinivAsar at the thriunaRaiyUr, is mentioned at the outset by Sri PeriyavAchAn piLLai . The natural beaty of this divya-dhEsam-s is then and there narrated by AzhwAr.

Even for those who desire material benefits and had earlier approached other deiites, the Almighty Graces them with His immense blessing is described in the 'ambaramum perunilanum' thirumozhi.

AzhwAr rejoicing at the Almighty not only granting him subservience but also taking service from Him --not just shEashathvam but also pArathanthriyam-

ALum paNium adiyEanaik-koNdAn.

Sri emperumAnAr realising how the greatest can get Himself to be pinned down by yasOdhA when he felt delicate when he did not call vangEpurathu nambi for educating thiruvArAdhanam.

The wonderful explanation of bhaTTar for AzhwAr describing male crab waiting in front of the closed Ambal flower is elaborated.

After further elaborating on the natural wealth of this divya-dEsam, thirunaRAiyUr Lord being his AchAryan, kaliyan happilly enjoys the thirunAmam --namOA nArAyanamE in the final ten of this sixth ten. '

Out of his great mind, he hands over this prescription to one and all

nanum-sonnEan namarum vuraimin -namOA nArAyanamEA.

Finally, he concludes this ecstasically with having placed thirunaraiyUr nambi in his mind and singing his name from his tongue.

nAvil paravi - nenjil koNdu nambi nAmathai.
