Guest guest
The Ninth Ten ThiukkaNNankuDi The completion of Eighth ten of thriumozhi lingered still in Kaliyan's mind. Two pAsuram-s remained afresh. 'veLLai nEr veLLathu thuyinRa aravaNai mEAl' 8-10-8; Thirumangai AzhvAr aptly recalling shErAbdhinAdhan and 'pATTinAl vunnai en nenjathu irundhamai kATTinAi' 8-10-10 The fact of the Lord declaring Himself in with kaliyan's divine psalms. These songs continue in the same vein and go on in the beloved divya-desam-s. NElan correlates the Lord at ThiruppARkaDal to The EmperumAn at ThirukkaNNankuDi. The religious practices of the inmates therein, the Lord's valorous deeds and finally the level to which EmperumAn goes down for the sake of devotees are all excellentlyunarrated in the first ten of The Ninth Thriumzohi 'vanga mA-munnEr vari niRap periya vaL aravin aNai mEAVi' 9-1-1; The first line takes a cue from the eighth pAsuram of the final thirumozhi of the 8th ten identifying that the ThirukkaNNankuDi Lord is none other than The EmperumAn at reclining on the milky ocean on the Adhi-sEshan.
