Paasuram-90

"veeRRirundhu viNNAla vEnduvAr vEnkataththAn

pAlthiruindha vaiththArE panmaLargal-mElthiruindha

vAzhvAr varumadhi pArth thanbinarAi maRRavaRkE

tAzhvA eruppAr tamar"

In the previous paasuram, azhvar talked about bhAgavata samAsrayanam (surrendering to bhagavatas) one of the all powerful ever fruitful upayas.

Now thirumazhisaipiran proceeds to talk about the other two-bhagavat samAsrayaNam (surrendering to the lord) and bhagavata abhimanam (attaining admiration of bhagavatas) and finally concludes with the greatness of bhAgavata abhimAna nishtai, the charamOpayam (the last resort).

(veeRRirundhu viNNAla vEnduvAr) Those who remain with the strength to do divine service to the lord in this world and aspiring to get service from those in the divine abode;

(vEnkataththAn pAl thiruindha vaiththArE panmalargal) Those people are those who have placed beautiful flowers under the divine feet of thiruvenkatamudaiyan standing in thirumalai for the very purpose of welcoming and granting all the wishes of his devotees.

(varumadhipArththu) "yEna yEna dhAthA gachchathi tEna tEna saha gachchathi" The disciples follow the footsteps of the preceptor.

Similarly the bhagavatas reflect the thoughts of the divine lord.

(anbinarAi maRRavaRkE thAzhvAyiruppAr) they do the service that pleases the lord and ever remain servants under his feet.

(tAzhvA eruppAr tamar mEl thiruindha vAzhvAr) If one is accepted by the bhagavatas as one among them then he is blessed in paramapadam with the ultimate bhAgavata kainkaryam.

As per the nyaya, 'yathOpAsanam palam' one who forms part of bhagavatha ghosti here remains among the bhagavatas even in the divine abode.
