For all those three types of devotees talked about earlier bhagavat bhakthi is common and they remain on top in both the vibhoothis (leela and nithya vibhoothi) illustrates thirumazhisaipiran.

'purivadhuvum pugai poovE' [thiru 1-6-1] Since there are no flowers that are non acceptable by the divine lord (after all he created everything);

Or otherwise submit lotus flowers that have special characteristics that suits to be submitted to that supreme lord's divine feet. This is physical service (kAyikam);

This is mental service (mAnasikam);

(adaivOmendru tamarAvAr) "Surrender to my divine feet" Says geethAcharyan.

Those who follow these words and consider Krishna to be the sole upaya mentally;

(tamarAvAr) Those who do service to Krishna with all the three karanas viz., mano,vak and kayam.

(thAmarai mElArkkum) Brahma who creates all the worlds by sitting on top of the primordial lotus flower;

(AdaravarththArkkum) Rudra who has a dancing snake on his body and who takes care of the samhara (destruction);

(yAvarkkum) All others in the world Indra, Chandra and other devas and manushyas (human beings).

The whole leela vibhooti;

(amararkkum) Nithyasooris.

The whole of nithya vibhoothi.

(amarargaL)They are superior to all those in both the vibhoothis.

They are those to be worshipped.
