Sri:Srimathe ramanujaya nama:As we all have heard by now, Srimath Paramahamsa ityaadhi Azhwarthirunagari Emberumaanaar Jeeyar attained the divine feet of Emberumaan recently. The new jeeyar swami have ascended to the pattam, and we have some pictures of him attached here.Some background on this mutt:This mutt was established by Sri Thiruvaaimozhipilla i (acharyan of Sri Manavala maamunigal) for the divine deity of Sri Ramanujar (as Bhavishyadhaachaary an - the leader of the future). Sri Thiruvaaimozhipilla i established the Sri Bhavishyadaachaarya n Temple and the mutt in the same premises, four streets around the temple complex, and many srivaishnavaas to take care of the temple activities. It is because of this wonderful activity he is called KaaduVetti Guru (Achaaryan who converted a forest into a holy place - as before - the place was supposed to be unusable due to the shrubs and bushes which existed there). This is

similar to Sri Krihsna himself who transformed Vrindavana (forest full of thorns) into the greenest place filled with Tulasi - as identified by our Sri Nampillai, Azhagiya manavala perumal naayanaar, etc. This Deity (bhavishyadhachaary an) of Sri Ramanujar is the main topic of discussion in some of our purvacharaya works and is greatly respected/loved due its long association with all our acharyas - starting from Nathamuni to ManavalaMamuni continuing on until today. Sri Manavala Mamunigal later personally took care of this temple until he left to Srirangam.
