APPEAL FOR HEAT CARE AID FOR 3 MONTHS BABY

 

Our 3 months boy baby S.Ashvanth (Born on 26.6.09 at Annai Hospital, Panruti) has been diagnosed with cardiac complaint r Ñ‚ÐЬMyocarditis / Dilated Cardio Myopathy / Respiratory Distress / ShockÑ‚ÐЭ and presently taking treatment in Kanchi Kamakoti Child Trust Hospital, Nungambakkam, Chennai-34 wherein till now lakh of amount (Rs.1.25 lakhs)was spent on ICU treatment and expecting another Rs.2.00 lakhs (rupees two lakhs) for complete treatment to bring the child to normal condition and save his life. The details of medical treatments taken till date is given in the enclosed brief profile of our child right from his birth for your reference.

 

I am working as Security Guard in M/s.G4Securities Services (India) Pvt Ltd, Abhiramapuram, Chennai, (Clock No.227572)and earning a salary of Rs.6000/- per month and my spouse is a housewife. We belong to poor family background and till date for the above treatments, we sourced funds through personal loans, jewel loans etc.

 

For further treatment cost, we are seeking help of various charitable trusts/noble philanthropists to generate the above required fund for our child and awaiting any favourable response with GodÑ‚ÐЩs grace.

 

For heavy dosage injection and other medicines alone, the cost works out to Rs.10,000/- per month which is to be extended for another 3 months as an outpatient treatment/routine review in the hospital.

 

We would humbly request you all to extend any financial assistance for the above medicine cost to save the life of our only child. We pray every day to the Almighty to bring our child normal growth as like other children and we can get peace of mind and happiness only with our childÑ‚ÐЩs improvement.
