I am glad to know that there is auch a strong

interst in knowing about SaaLagramams and their

AarAdhanam .

 

Number of you have written to me and have asked for more information.

 

I am so happy to forward you the following four

attachments from HH Poundarilapuram SrImath Andavan

on SaaLagrAmams with appropriate references to source

granthams.

 

We are all grateful to SrI narasimhan dampathis

for their help in translating the articles from

the originals in Tamil.

 

If some one volunteers , we can create a web site for

SaaLagramam Worship. I will be ahppy to translate and

post there addiitonal material including Kaliyan's

paasurams on this dhivya dEsam in Nepal.

Respected Sriman Sadagopan Swamin:

 

My wife, Usha, had translated some articles written by HH Paravakkottai

Andavan in 'Perarulaalan' magazine on Salagramam. I am sending four of

them here attached. Another 3 or 4 are in the process of translation and would

send you as and when ready. This has lot of useful information on Salagramam.

 

The articles have been translated from Tamil and hence there could be some

errors in the sanskrit slokas and are also not properly put in English. We have

checked some with Srimad HH Paravakkottai Andavan swamy when some

of these were given as articles in some magazines but I am not sure if the

corrections to slokas have been done in these files.
