Dearest all,

After mudhal aazhwArs, next we have begun to enjoy

Thirumazhisai AzhwAr’s verses on thiruvEnkatam.

Today’s verse is the 41st verse in Naanmukhan

ThiruvanthAthi..

kaaNa luRukinREn kallaruvi muththudhira,

ONa vizhavil oliyadhira, pENi

varuvENG kadavaa!en NnuLLam pugundhaay,

thiruvENG kadamadhanaich chenRu. 41

Oh My Dearest Lord of ThiruvEmkatam, the place where

the precious stones come rolling down with the roaring

vociferous waterfalls from the top, where the

reverberating mangaLaasaasanams of Your dearest

devotees on ThiruvOnam (sravanam) echo everywhere! You

have entered into my heart and now I long to enjoy and

pay obeisance to You at ThiruvEmkatam.

Oh ThiruvEnkatavaa! You have entered into my heart

lovingly. But I am eager and excited to go and enjoy

seeing Your divya darshan at ThiruvEnkatam mountain;

As You hade desired to be at ThiruvEnkatam and show

yourself so gracefully and mercifully, You have so

entered into my heart also on Your own. Thus You show

Yourself there for the whole world to come and enjoy

seeing You desirously and long to see You there at

ThiruvEnkatam. Hence I have also got excited and

become eager to enjoy seeing Your dhivya darshan there

at ThiruvEnkatam. Also I wish to hear Your devotees

singing mangaLasaasanam for You on the most auspicious

day of ThiruvONam. I can not enjoy that when You are

alone in my heart. I need to be the group of Your

devotees and enjoy Their mangalasasanam.

Also the waterfalls that fall down with those gem

stones falling along with the water so vociferously,

appears as if they also sing pallaandu for You like

those devotees. Though You have entered into my heart,

I would love to hear the praises of Your devotees in

ThiruvEnkatam and enjoy seeing You there.

ThiruvEnkatam adhanai- says AzhwAr here:

ThiruvEnkatam- that which is Your place of residence;

where You had wished to come on Your own accord; which

is Veda prasiddham; which is the most wonderful and

most auspicious of Divya Desams; and where the

Nithyasuris and Devaas come to pay their obeisance; -

that ThiruvEnkatam, I wish to go and enjoy Your dhivya

Darshan.
