Dear ANDAL BhakthAs :

 

In this sacred Month of Marghazhi dear to ANDAL's

Prabhandhams , it is my bhAgyam to report that the dance

drama on selected NaacchiyAr Thirumozhi Paasurams (18?)

was presented this Morning before MalOlan , Dolai KaNNan and Srimath Azhagiya Singar at SelayUr Sri Matam .

 

There were a few hundred Sri Matam SishyAs and abhimAnis ,

who partook of Marghazhi Pongal prasAdham with Kuzhambu

while enjoying the SamarpaNam of NaacchiyAr Thirumozhi

by Kumari Angitha Srikanthan as ANDAL and another artist

( whose name I do not have at this time) as KrishNan with

PinnaNi SangItham by Kumari Indhu Srinivasan and Pakka

Vadhyams .

 

adiyEn was informed that Srimath Azhagiya Singar

commanded that the famous VaaraNamAyiram Paasuram

was danced once more before His AarAdhana Moorthys .

 

I am happy to let you know that the video of the event

including Srimath Azhagiya Singar's daily UpanyAsam on

ThiruppAvai and anugraha BhAshaNam has been recorded

for the benefit of all of us , who could not be present there

in person .

 

Anyone returning from Chennai can bring back the Video

and Photos taken on this occasion here so we can make it

available to interested devotees . Please send me a private
