Dear All :

 

A group of us are preparing 100 e-books focusing on AchArya

Sri Sookthis for release this year . This is the first announcement

about this special kaimkaryam .

 

Our team also needs help from interested Graphic artists to draw new

pictures to go with the content of these e-books to enrich their multimedia

content .

 

About the 100 e-Books

Five of them are almost competed and are awaiting relese in a special web site

named " Sundara Simham " in honor of the illustrious Sri Ahobila Matam AchArya

Paramparai in general and to offer our dhaNdavath PraNAmams in particular to

the 45th Pattam , Prakrutham Azhagiya Singar , Sri MalOla PaadhukA Sevaka ,

Adhi VaNN SaThakOpa Sri NaarAyaNa YathIndhra Maha Desikan , who will be

celebrating His SathAbhishEkam (80th Thirunakshathram) this year at Srirangam

in November .

 

The Sri Sookthis are being prepared with a team of SishyAs and abhimAnis of

Sri Matam , who are working together in a seamless manner from their bases in

New York , New Jersey , Singapore , Australia and Muscat . It is a true international

Kaimkaryam by and for the Sri VaishNava Community spread around the globe .

 

The first batch of seven e-books that is almost ready for release in the new Sundara Simham

web site with annotated commentaries and Images of dhivya dEsa EmperumAns and PirAttis are :

2. Sri HayagrIva SthOthram of SthOthram of Swamy Desikan

3. Sri GodhA Sthuthi of Swamy Desikan

4. Sri Raghuveera Gadhyam of Swamy Desikan

6. Sri DevanAyaka PanchAsath of Swamy Desikan

7. Sri DehaLeesa Sthuthi of Swamy Desikan

 

 

The others in planning are Sri GuNa Rathna Kosam by Swamy ParAsara Bhattar,

Sri PaadhukA Sahasram of Swamy Desikan , PradhAna Sathakam of Swamy Desikan

and a lot more to be announced in the Sundara Simham site to be released soon .

 

A REQUEST FOR HELP

In these e-books , there are images that go with the Text .

For instance the individual slOkams and the annotated

commentary on Swamy Desikan's Sri Sthuthi carries the images of

MahA Lakshmi from 27 plus dhivya dEsams in Tamil Naadu , KarnAtaka and

AndhraPradEsh .

 

These pictures along with the detailed commentaries in English on the individual slOkams

of the SthOthrams along the lines of commentaries of PoorvAchAryAs should make these

e-books valuable to those , who are interested to know more about the treasures left behind

by our AchAryAs .

 

We urgently need Members with Drawing and Computer graphic skills to jon the current team

to create new images to go with the various illustrated E-books . Any one interested with these skills
