Here , The Lord married BhUmi Devi during Iyppasi

SravaNam and settled down to bless us all.

For the Dhivya Dampathi's daily alankAram , we would like

to present the following AabharaNams at the request of

the Bhattars :

 

1. A CheNpaka Maalai for Uthsavar

 

2. A CheNpaka Maalai for ThAyAr

 

3. One Gem studded Pathakkam for ThAyAr ( Pendant)

 

4. Two Pathakkams for Uthsavar Ponnappan .

 

The total estimated costs are :

 

A) 2 Laks of Rs each for Gold CheNpaka Maalai

or 6,000 Rs for Gold Plated Copper CheNpaka

Maalai . The Jewelers have recommended that

the Copper plated version would e sturdier and

respond to stresses of daily Usage .

 

There will be a total of 128 CheNpaka Flowers

in the two Maalais .

 

We would need Rs.12,000 ($278) . I need three more devotees

besides myself to cover these expenses . Please let me know

who would like to join .

 

The top most jeweler in KumbakOnam , Sri Mohan Alankaram

IyengAr will create these jewellery pieces for the Lord .They are

the Jewelers for Thirumala and other temples.

 

2) The Three Pathakkams with Kempu Stones :

 

Each of them will cost Rs.50,000 ( $1,136) and altogether

$ 3408 .

 

All in all , the anticipated expenses are : ~ 3,700$ .

 

35 to 40 BhakthAs of SravaNa VenkatEsan at

Oppilappan Sannadhi can have the bhAgyam of

presenting these items of Jewellery for the Dhivya

Dhampathis during the First part of September , 2006 .

 

$100 by each of these 35 to 40 BhakthAs will make us

all realize this dream of having BhagavAn's sevai

adorning daily these AabharaNams .
