Guest guest
SrI: Dear Srimathy Vasumathy Sridharan: Yes , there are organizations interested in recieving the help of the kind that your team is offering . Many temples (Dhivya dEsams & others) would love to have volunteer brigades to help with their labor , sincere preethi for Bhagavath Kaimkaryam , infusion of funds and durable presence . Mrs.Y.G.Parthasarathy of Chennai , Sri Venkat of Dubhai and number of us overseas with strong links to VaishNavite AchAryaas can help to channel these efforts to result in concrete results . One such recent effort done entirely with volunteers having specific skills and an infusion of funds has led to the creation of Sanitary facilities at a majoer temple site , the outskirts of which during major festival times are like Narakam due to lack of sanitary facilities for the throngs of visitors . This project will be completed soon . This is just an example . It is very easy to map the needs from people on site , screen them , develop plans to execute them with a network of caring people in India . It will take organizational time and dedicated effort . That is where the persuasive power of responsible coordinators will come in to make a difference between success and Failures (also ran projects ). As they say , If there is a will , there is a way . The dhivya Dampahtis will bless these Kaimkaryams . Please go forward and lot of us will be happy to join to help as the project plan becomes clear . Oppiliappan KOil V . We are willing to volenteer. I am requesting you all to please guide us, as to where we should begin and how do we go about doing this. Are there charitable organisations that we can link up with? As in, organisations that have funds, but dont have the man-power to work? or maybe they have people and dont have funds? We are ready bothways, to work and to give or raise funds...Pls guide us and bless us so we can make a small beginning.A line in reply will be appreciated.I have CC ed Shyam Srinivasan, he is the moderator of our Orkut community.Pls feel free to get in touch with either of us, with your suggessions and ideas.Best Regards,Vasumathi Sridharan080-23312503How low will we go?
