Dr.Saroja Ramanujam is posting series of articles on

VirOdha ParihAram of Swamy Desikan at my request

as a part of the Kaimkaryam to create an e-book for

the Ahobilavalli Series ( the 108 e-books that are being readied

for Srimath Azhagiya Singar's upcoming SathAbhishEka

MahOthsavam at Srirangam on Nov 30 , 2006 .

 

There are 108 UpadEsams in VirOdha ParihAram .

Upto 80 of them cover Moola Mantram related confusion

resolution . From 81 to 90 covers DhvayAdhikAram . Charama

slOkam related doubts are resolved in upadEsams 91- 100 .

From UpadEsams 101-108 , Swamy Desikan sums up the remaining

doubts in the form of NigamanAdhikAram .

 

adiyEn will cover upadEsams 80 to 108 in a series of postings to

complete the Kaimkaryam related to VirOdha ParihAram .

 

The postings todate on VirOdha ParihAram by Dr.Saroja Ramanujam

have appeared in the Oppiliapan and SaraNAgathi lists .

 

Dr. Saroja Ramanujam's summary of Sri BhAshyam ( Volume 1 covering the First

two chapters) has already been released in the Sundara Simham series . Volume II

of Sri BhAshyam by her would be released some times this week .

 

Dr.Saroja Ramanujam is a Sanskrit scholar , who has performed KaalkshEpam

of Sri Bhaashyam under ArasANippAlai GopAlAcchAr Swamy , a sishyar of

Abhinava Desika Sri UtthamUr Swamy .
