SrI GopAla MahA Desikan will be completing 25 years of reign as PeetAdhipathi of

the Poundarikapuram Aasramam at Srirangam .

 

To convey our deep reverence for this Great Sri VaishNavite AchArya ,

the Ahobilavalli Team is releasing two new e-books ; both the e-books

have been authored by HH PoundarIkapuram Srimath Andavan in Tamil .

 

The two ebooks are:

 

1) Sri YathirAja Sapthathi by Swamy Desikan with commentaries by

HH Srimath Andavan ; this has been translated from Tamil to English by

Sriman C.G.Balaji of Bangalore .adiyEn has edited it to suit the format

of Ahobilavalli series .

 

Srimath Andavan has provided rare VedAnthic insights in his commentaries on

the individual slOkams of Sri YathirAja Sapthathi composed by Swamy Desikan

as His tribute to AchArya RaamAnuja . Sriman Mukundan Srinivasan has provided

rich illustrations for this e-book . Srimath Andavan's UpanyAsams on Sri YathirAja

Sapthathi in Tamil have been released as 5 CD ROMs and can be purchased at

Poundarikapuram Aasramam , Srirangam .

 

2) Andal"s Thiruppaavai : Commentries in Tamil by HH Srimath Andavan ;

This has been translated by Sriman C.G.Balaji of Bangalore and edited by

me to suit the format of Ahobilavalli series .

 

Srimath Andavan has succinct commentaries on all of the 30 ThiruppAvai

Paasurams of Andal . Sri B.Senthil of India has enriched this e-book with

rare and beautiful pictures from this year's Maarghazhi NeerAtta Uthsavam

at SrivilliputthUr , the avathAra Sthalam of Soodikkoduttha NaacchiyAr.
