Sri Lakshmi Nrisimha, Sri Lakshmi Narayana,Sri Lakshmi Hayagriva Temple,Sri AhobilaMutt,Chembur, Mumbai organised Sri Andal Thiruvadipooram Utsavam on 15 Aug 2007.In the morning Utsava Moorthi of Sri Andal, Sri Bhooneeladevi sametha Sri Prahaladavaradan,had Navakalasa Thirumanjanam amidst Vedic,Dravidavedic Parayanam.At 3 PM, Thirukalyautsavam of Sri Andal with Sri Prahaladavaradan took place.Vedic pudits performed traditional marrige rituals and the famous Andal Goshti of this temple sang the traditional marriage songs.Varanamayiram was also recited by all Bhagavathas. The function concluded with Serthi Arai Sevai.A national holiday enabled a very large number of families to attend all the functions and it was a fact numbers beat the expectations.The credit goes to Temple management, The Aradhagars who conducted function in their best as usual.The photographs taken by me on this Utsavam day is now uploaded as a seperate album at www.imagestation.com/members/ramaswamy03
