Dear SWamin Sri Desika Seva is a magazine dedicated to the probagation of Sri Desika Sampradaya, the main aim of Sri Seva Swamy who started the magazine, besides through other ways such as free distribution of Sri Desika Sookthis, delivering lectures, giving Kalakshepams etc etc As already requested you to contribute not less than Rs 7000/- for one issue in a month, though the cost of paper, printing etc is heavy, the difference in the cost can be minimised by one way. Dear Swamin Nearly 11 K.G. of paper is required annually. Major portion of the cost is swallowed by purchase of paper Adiyen's appeal is that if any of you comes to the rescue of reducing the cost of paper it will be a boon to us. You may intervene and request any of the paper mills if you are having any influence with them to supply paper at concessional rate to this noble cause. In such an organisation, they are allowed to give paper at concessional rate to smaller publications, both religious and social cause . Seva Swamy was all along his life worked for the probagation of Swamy Desikan's works He published various works of Swami Desikan and distributed free to asthikas. He established Manimandapam at Villivakkam and installed the vigrahas of Sri Lakshmi Hayagreevan, Sri Mahalakshmi, Swami Desikan etc where all Acharyas even from Sri Thirukkudanthai Andavan came and performed Mangalasasanam. He started a Library which contains rare manuscripts, Olai Suvadis, and excellent granthas( books). He travelled everywhere and lectured about the significance and importance of the Avathara of Swami Desikan and His various stotras, kavyas, Rahasya Granthas etc. He was

instrumental to many prapannas of Sri Desika Sampradayam to get " Doctorate" from Madras University. Sri Seva Swamy got The President's Medal for his dedicated sevice Adiyen is unable to narrate all his many-folded service to Sri Desika Sampradayam, because of very poor knowledge,but tried to say something He started the monthly magazine" Sri Desika Seva" with the main aim to probagate Sri Desika Sampradayam . He performed "Kalakshepams" at many places and infused Sri Desika bhakthas to study Sri Desika's works and do " samasrayanam"etc After him, his sons continue the kainkaryams of their father vigorously The religious magazine " Sri Desika Seva" contains Sri Hayavathana Stotram of Sri
