Indhiran, brahman, Eswaran- All at par

Thirumangai AzhwAr commences with the cause effects of this whole universe/cosmos and the Lord pervading in and out. The four ancient vEdhAs, the contents embedded in that, the rituals, the teachings, the universe is all created and the Lord is omni-present in all these.This is described in the pAsuram

"paNDai nAn-maRaiyum, vEaLviyum, vEaLvip padhangaLum, padhangaLin poruLum, piNdamAi virindha piRangOLi analum,perugiya pulanodu nilanum, kondal mArudhamum kurai kadal yEAzhum, yEAzhu mAmalaigLum visumbum,aNdamum thAnAi ninRa em-perumAn, aranga-ma-nagar amarndhanEa" 5-7-1;

The next pAsuram commences:

'indhiran, biraman, Esan ivargaL, eNNil pal guNangaLEa iyaRRa.." 5-7-2;

The various properties and roles are then assigned to indhiran,biraman and ESan after the cause effect mentioned in the preceding pAsuram.

brahmA is created first from whom shivA sprung. Indhiran came later.

However, indhiran is placed first here.then brahmA and then EswAran.

Though chronologically brahmA may be at the top, actually they are all souls and doing the roles as set by the Lord Almighty. Hence, they are all at par.

Sri Peirya vAchAn piLLai mentions "idhil indhranai muRpada eduthu pinnai ivargaLaich solligaiyAlEa -ivanOdu avargaLodu vAsiyillai"
