whether Amavasya has to be observed based on vakhya thithi or as per

mathematical ephimeris i..e thirukanitha panchangam (Vasan type)

 

Pls clarify?

 

Also pls inform how to make local corrections in stars as well as in

rahukalam and yamagandam??

Dear Sir,

All vaideeka anushtana things (vishayams) to be performe according to " Vakya "

only.

What you mean local correction?

If you mean adding the " Soorya Udhayam " , then

you should add or subtract the minutes of Surya Udhayam in your village.

If soorya udahyam is later than 6.0 am then the minutes after 6 am should be

added to the " Rahu Kalam " starting and ending times. Likely, that should be

subtracter if the surya udhayam is earlier than 6 am.

NOte: any meber can send the difference of opinion if anybody have in any

matter. Also mention if found any mistake except typographical errors or

spelling mistakes. Also do not use harsh words like " Even sonnan... " and all....
