Happy to meet you all again, thanks for the response shown by you. I

spent past four days in " Chola Mandala Divya Desams " .

Part – A Consists of the following titles: Few of them may take place

repeatedly.

Instructions:

Dear Members,

i) If you are already doing sandhya vandhanam regularly, you

just watch send your doubts if any,

ii) If you are going to start here after or want to follow this

instructions, kindly follow the instructions given below which will

be very useful to all to do and keep in habit.

1. First Take a oath before any of your favorite God as : " I

promise to keep doing sandhaya vandhanam without fail. If I failed to

do any day I will not take food for one day (or any punishment as you

wish).

2. Decide to spare 5 – 10 minutes around 6am every morning.

Also keep in mind that you should not spend more than 10 minutes for

this. This is suggested to keep your interest constant.

3. Propagate to all your near & dear that you are very

disciplined in doing Sandhyavandhanam and never you missed to it.

Consider yourself and tell all that you feel very much proud and

getting peace of mind by doing sandhya vandhanam.

4. Now, (I consider that 6 am to 6.10 am is the time you have

selected to do it. ) you do not worry about taking bath or

wearing `veshti' or applying `thiruman' and all. Just sit facing east

before a `Swami Padam' and a wall clock. Take any one of the heading

listed above to memorize it. Keep the manthram for that title in a

piece of paper. No need to do any action before memorizing

the `manthram' for it. For example if you take the title `Achamanam',

memorize the names " Achudha, Anandha, Govindha, Kesava, Narayana,

Madhava, Govindha, Vishnu, Madhusudhana, Thirivikram, Vamana,

Sridhara, Rushikesa, Padmanabha, Dhamodhara " .

 

5. Try to tell the manthram without seeing the paper. See the

wall clock. Stop memorizing at 8 minutes from beginning. Get up, see

towards east and do vandhanam, turn towards south and do vandhanam,

turn towards west and do vandhanam, turn towards north and do

vandhanam, again turn towards east do `Sashtaanga Namskaram' as per

your sect (Vada kalai / Then Kalai).

 

Try the above steps repeatedly for at least three days. If possible

do it in the evenings also.
